Servicing Bendigo and the Surrounding community
Bendigo Outdoor Power Equipment is a small engine and outdoor power equipment store that has been servicing Bendigo since 2019. Our technicians are trained to service anything from chainsaws, mowers, blowers, generators to our side by side vehicles and ATV’s. If you think you have something a bit different to what we usually work on, give us a call to discuss it with us and we are happy to advise whether your item is something we can help you with or not.
To get your equipment serviced or repaired with us, please drop your item in store and we will book it in at the time of drop off and advise our current wait times. If you would like to check our current wait times before bringing your item in store we are happy to advise this over the phone.
Smaller jobs such as bar dresses and chain sharpens operate within our workshop at a different wait time system to our other repair jobs. These times can differ throughout the year in peak times but our goal turn around for these service items are 1-2 business days.
Our peak times for repairs are Winter and Spring – if you wish to avoid the longer wait times of the year for non-urgent repairs or you just like to plan ahead, Summer and Autumn are the best times to see us.
We understand that not everyone has access to a trailer to be able to transport their larger equipment. We offer a pick-up and delivery service for ride on mowers, side by sides and other large equipment. This service is not always available during our peak seasons - or we may be booked out for collections during the time you are wanting to book. It is best to call us and find out our availability for this service. Our pick-up and delivery fees are charged based on distance from our store so for a quote on the cost of this service please call the store with your location.
Quoting Repairs:
We often find customers bringing in items they are not sure if it is worth repairing or servicing. For our smaller power equipment items, we offer a repair quote service for $25 where we will assess your machine and give you an outline of what we have found during the inspection. If you decide to go ahead with the quoted repairs this fee is waived. If you do not wish to go ahead with the repairs only the $25 fee is payable. If you choose to purchase a replacement new item instead of repairing it, this $25 fee is also waived.
Our quoting fee on larger equipment – ride on mowers, large chippers, ATV’s and side by sides – varies depending on the unit so please get in touch with us if you would like a quoting fee estimate.
