Shipping & Delivery

REOPENING ON JANUARY 8 AT 8.30AM. NO ORDERS WILL BE SENT DURING THIS TIME.
Shipping:
For our online orders requiring shipping, we use Australia post as our primary courier. Other couriers may be used in certain situations but Australia Post will be our primary choice.
When checking out some larger items our shopping cart check out may say TBC next to the shipping amount. Please contact the store via phone or email for a price on the shipping costs for this item, or go through the checkout process and we will contact you with a price before processing the payment for your item(s).
All items will be shipped after the processing of items has occurred (3-5 days). If this process is taking longer than expected we will contact you.
Shipping delays have been regularly experienced over the last two years and these are not the responsibility or the fault of our business once the item has been handed over to our chosen courier. Please allow for longer waiting periods over public holidays and Christmas. If you require an item be upgraded to Express – please contact us via phone once your order has been placed.
Pick-up & Delivery:
We are happy to offer a pick-up and delivery service for our larger power equipment items. To book in for this service please call the store on (03) 5454 3999 or come in store. We can also advise a cost of this service during the conversation once we have your location.
We also do offer in person delivery for some new items purchased in store and online such as our ride on mowers. Please call us to discuss this on (03) 5454 3999
